Shipping Policy

At Wedogourmet, we take great care to ensure your gourmet selections arrive safely, quickly, and in excellent condition from our New Jersey warehouse.

📦 Standard Shipping (Continental U.S.)

Orders placed with standard shipping typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

⚡ Expedited Shipping

Expedited orders are prioritized and usually ship within 1 business day.
Weekend days do not count toward transit time — for example, Next Day orders placed on Friday before 12 PM EST will arrive Monday.

We may use the most efficient shipping method (USPS or FedEx) to help your order arrive on time, even if it differs from your selection.

🧊 Shipping Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Items

Select items — such as soft cheeses, caviar, or fresh imports — are shipped with ice packs, dry ice, and insulated liners to preserve quality during transit.

Some cured meats and shelf-stable gourmet products do not require refrigeration during shipping and will be packed appropriately based on the product’s shelf life and storage needs.

We reserve the right to determine whether an item requires refrigeration or insulation, based on safety, season, and destination — ensuring the best shipping method for each product.

Order Total Shipping Cost$0 – $98.99 is $8.99 Flat Rate / $99 and up FREE Shipping

We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

🚚 Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
If an incorrect address causes a return, we will issue a refund minus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Returned perishable items cannot be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or the product is not as described, we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

📦 Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
• Notify us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@wedogourmet.com
• Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the item and packaging.
• Keep perishable items refrigerated and do not discard anything until we provide next steps.

🔁 Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted for non-perishable items only and must be unopened and in original condition.
• Perishable items (e.g., cheeses, meats, fresh imports) are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
• All returns must be approved in advance by our team.

⏱️ Return Window
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Approved returns must be received within 14 days from the approval date.

🚚 Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Orders
• If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
• Perishable items that cannot be resold will not be refunded in this case.
• Please double-check your address and track your order once shipped.
